By placing an order with Zams Express LLC, you hereby agree to follow and comply with the following terms and conditions:

General Services Contract

Zams Express LLC is a highly reputed graphics designing company which is established to provide small and large-scale businesses with design and development services. We solely work online, that is, via the World Wide Web. We are available round the clock (24/7) throughout the year. When you place an order to our company, you will be assigned with a team of highly creative and experienced designers who will handle your order efficiently and complete it in a timely manner. Rest assured, you will be provided with a highly creative and compelling logo, website, banner, stationery and/or brochure design for your business.

When you place an order at Zams Express LLC, you are assured to be offered a refund where certain actions affect your eligibility to claim a refund:

In case if no resolution is made between the two parties and a refund is awarded, then the client may not be permitted to use any items delivered by us, thus he/she may not have any kind of ownership on those artworks.

Refunds are not applicable in the following scenarios:

  • If the client has approved a mockup, they will not be entitled to a refund.
  • Once the website demo link is approved by the client, the project is considered final, and refunds will no longer be applicable.
  • If the client does not fill out a brief questionnaire, which is essential for understanding their project requirements.
  • The creative brief is lacking in required information.
  • If the project is completed, and the customer acknowledges the project's completion.
  • Once the website is live, the client will not be eligible for a refund.
  • No refund is available for firms or those who order our design services on behalf of another entity.
  • No refund is applicable for a task which is not included in the scope of work decided at the start of the project.
  • The client has asked for revisions for website copy/content, given that they have purchased the service through us.
  • Refunds are not applicable if a customer moves out of contact after signing up for 7 days.
  • The client will not be entitled to a refund if the website malfunctions or undergoes a hack/virus, given that they are not enrolled for any kind of annual or monthly maintenance service, after the website has been completed or made live. Similarly, the company will not be responsible for making any changes/updates to the website if the client has not signed up for a maintenance service after the website has been made live.
  • The delivery timeline is approximate and may be subject to delays due to local holidays, the complexity of the project, and Zams Express’s current workload. We typically deliver logos within 1-2 business days and website designs within 5-7 business days.
  • During the project, if the client asks for a refund due to a change of mind or any other personal issues, then the client is not eligible for a refund, although we can store credit the amount which he/she can later utilize for another service.
  • Refund is processed for the orders placed in good faith. When a customer has placed website orders with more than one website agency for the same job with the intention to claim a refund, we do not consider it a good faith. In such a case, we reserve the right to decline a refund request.
  • Services including but not limited to Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting are not entitled to refunds under any circumstances.
  • The processing and services fees will also be included in the total order amount at the time of sign-up. They are non-refundable and will appear separately in the client's statement. These charges won't be more than $3 regardless of the total order amount.

Note: Zams Express holds all rights to reject any project or cancel the contract whenever it deems necessary. After the refund, you will not have any rights to use the designs for any purpose; they will be the sole property of Zams Express. The company will be the only rightful owner of the design(s).

Shipment Contract

Time is of the essence, it is especially important in the business world and we are fully aware of it. Therefore, we guarantee you that the initial concepts will be presented before you within 48-72 hours. Keep in mind that we use Electronic-mail (Email) to deliver both the initial concepts and the final, approved files to our clients.
Zams Express LLC, in any way, is not responsible for failing to meet the imposed deadline of the client which is not pre-approved by both the parties in written. Keep in mind, the complete payment is due at the time of placing the order.

Color and File Formatting

The default color palette that we use for our logo projects is CMYK, unless of course the client specifies any color palette other than CMYK prior to starting the logo design project. If a change of color palette is requested by the client during the project, additional charges will be deducted.
We use Adobe Illustrator as the primary designing software, thus the original format of the logo will be in (.ai) format. The fonts of the logo will be converted into outlines. Client will receive the logo in other formats as well such as JPEG, PDF, TIFF, GIF, .wmf, freehand, etc.

Unlimited Revisions

We, at Zams Express LLC, always do our utmost to present a perfect and pleasing to the eye logo design concepts to our valued clients. We know it certainly well that every individual has his/her own idea of perfection. The designs that look perfect to us may not necessarily look perfect to you. Therefore, we offer our clients unlimited free revisions until they are completely contented with the result. Keep in mind that for each revision request, a new draft will be presented within the period of 2 days.

Ownership of the Work

Once an art work is approved and the final file is sent to the client after the complete payment, the client owns all the rights of the paid art work. All the claims and copyrights of the design are then transferred to the client.

Customer Support Center

The customer support center of Zams Express LLC is always available at the disposal of the client round the clock, that is, 24 hours and 7 days a week. With such kind of round the clock customer support you are assured to get the attention that you deserve. For your convenience we offer numerous communication channels: SKYPE, EMAIL, LIVE CHAT, etc.

Cancellation Policy

You clearly and irreversibly agree that Zams Express LLC reserves the sole rights to cancel, reject or terminate any order or your contract in the following cases:

If the violation of contract is detected on the client’s side

OR

If Zams Express LLC fails to complete the client’s order due to any unexpected and unavoidable circumstances.

If an order has already been submitted by the client and Zams Express LLC fails to process it due to uncalled for circumstances, a complete refund will be awarded to the client.

In case if Zams Express LLC declines or terminates a client’s order due to any reason other than client breach of contract or Zams Express LLC’s non-performance, a complete refund of the prepaid amount will be offered to the client.
We do not design and develop anything related to or promoting pornography, child pornography and/or nudity. Any direct order of adult content, as stated, placed via World Wide Web will be cancelled.
